The news gets better for victorian farmers with confidence at a two year high and our state the most positive in the country, that's according to rabobank's latest rural confidence survey.
Perhaps most positive is that dairy has renewed optimism with the sector poised to return to profitabilty next year.
The survey also found more then a third of farmers expect conditions to improve over the coming 12 months up from 27 percent in the last quarter.
